What you'd do
- Lead Medical Affairs team for the assigned Specialty Care disease area across Korea
- Develop and execute medical strategy aligned with product launch and business objectives
- Manage Medical Affairs Scientists and Medical Managers for field engagement and in-house support
What they want
- Medical (preferred) or science degree with specialization,or equivalent Medical Affairs experience
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or relevant medical industry
- Experience in people and team management strongly preferred
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the relevant Specialty Care therapeutic area
- AI and data-analytics literacy for accelerating literature review and evidence synthesis
- Ability to critically appraise AI-generated scientific output for accuracy and regulatory compliance
