We are seeking a Lead Information Security Operations Specialist with a focus on privileged access management. This role will be responsible for being a subject matter expert in our PAM suite including administration, advising on feature design, and maintaining availability and performance of the solution. This position will require an in-depth knowledge of secrets management including but not limited to vaulting, rotating, ephemeral accounts, and session management. In addition, this individual will serve as a mentor and resource to members of the IAM Operations team. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Design, maintain, and administer secrets vaulting solution with integrations across a complex environment. • Lead break/fix efforts on high priority issues with infrastructure, applications, platforms, and deployments. • Implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase system reliability. • Monitor application and infrastructure health using observability and monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance issues. • Assist in implementing new integrations across servers and containers for both cloud and on-premise…
