What you'd do
- Own end-to-end design and execution of catalog audit programs across MPN validation and duplicate detection
- Define operational metrics (precision,recall,F1) and AQL thresholds defended to senior leadership
- Lead a 400+ person organization through 4-7 Senior Manager direct reports across audit sub-functions

- 15+ years of operations experience with 7+ years managing large organizations
- Statistical expertise: comfortable with sampling design,precision,recall,and F1 tradeoffs
- Experience building managers of managers and owning succession planning two layers down
Nice to have

- Background in ground-truth resolution for product identity and data quality at scale
