Job Description: Banking Operations Management is a global function with regional specialisation across APAC, Europe, NorthAm, MEA and LatAm. The team currently has 7 Banking Operations Managers, supported by the BOM Function Lead and project management support. The team is currently based across Singapore, São Paulo, Austin, Budapest and Tallinn. APAC currently has two BOMs in Singapore; this role will add a third APAC BOM in Hyderabad to support the scale and complexity of the region. Current BOM scope excludes Japan. The role reports to the Banking Operations Managers Function Lead. It is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy, broad stakeholder exposure and a strong expectation to build structure where it does not yet exist. Here’s how you’ll contribute: • Own operational relationships with key global banking partners, including regular performance reviews, escalations and action follow-up. • Drive partner performance by monitoring speed, reliability, incidents, service level agreement (SLA) gaps, risk signals, fees and avoidable operational costs. • Translate complex internal problems into partner improvement plans, making sure issues have owners, next steps,…
