As a Logistics Lead, you’ll coordinate daily warehouse logistics activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met while supporting continuous improvement and team development. How You’ll Make an Impact: • Establish standard work and support training of team members • Coordinate labor and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity • Support shipping and receiving operations, including forklift backup when needed • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system deployments • Identify and address safety hazards through audits and proactive initiatives • Communicate performance concerns to the shift Team Leader • Escalate maintenance, quality, and safety issues to leadership • Identify opportunities to eliminate waste in systems and processes • Support onboarding and training of new hires • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment • Other duties as assigned Position Details: Plant Location: San…
