The HR Technology organization is looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to help enable the efficient delivery of technology solutions to meet stakeholder needs. TPMs in the organization enable IT to accelerate business impact and strategically transform how we work with technology and AI. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional efforts. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization from Human Resources, Legal, Finance and other teams across the business as needed to develop and execute against our overall product vision and business objectives, uncover solutions to technical challenges, and provide data-driven insights that power strategic decision-making for our organization. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.
