Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do The Manager, Indirect Procurement (Hybrid) will serve as the primary procurement partner for the Orthopaedics Group, supporting Joint Replacement, Trauma & Extremities, and Ortho Tech across the U.S., as well as Stryker divisions in Canada. The primary focus will be Trauma & Extremities and Joint Replacement. In this role, you will lead sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and cost savings projects across indirect spend categories. You will partner with business leaders to review spending, identify opportunities for savings and efficiency, and implement sourcing strategies that support business objectives. You will negotiate favorable commercial terms, manage supplier relationships, and stay informed on market trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies. You will also support procurement processes and serve as a liaison between Global Indirect Category Leads and the Orthopaedics Group to help align procurement priorities and business needs.
