What you'd do
- Engage with customers via ticketing,live chat,and screen sharing to resolve technical support requests
- Reproduce technical issues and investigate Datadog integrations to diagnose and resolve customer problems
- Participate in product discussions with internal teams based on feedback from Korean customer interactions

- Computer science or engineering background or coding bootcamp equivalent with programming experience
- Active contribution to open-source projects or the engineering community demonstrating technical initiative
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and eagerness for continuous learning and skill development
Nice to have
