What you'd do
- Run structured customer engagements auditing lifecycle setups and designing engagement frameworks.
- Advise customers on messaging strategy and connecting RevenueCat subscription events to CRM platforms.
- Provide continuous product feedback to Engineering on integrations, event triggers, and data payloads.
What they want
- 5-8+ years hands-on mobile lifecycle marketing or CRM experience, primarily with subscription apps.
- Deep working knowledge of Braze, Iterable, OneSignal, CleverTap, Customer.io, or Airship platforms.
- Proven ability to design and measure lifecycle experiments using A/B testing and holdout groups.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at or consulting with a CRM/engagement platform provider.
- Published content, conference speaking, or public profile on mobile retention topics.
