What you'd do
- Review and evaluate Office Action responses proposed by domestic and overseas patent firms
- Support patent prosecution strategy including decisions on domestic versus overseas filings and PCT entry
- Manage Bear Robotics global IP portfolio including patents,designs,and trademarks across multiple jurisdictions
What they want
- Korean patent attorney license required
- 6+ years of relevant experience at a patent firm,in-house IP organization,or IP consulting firm
- Understanding of US,Korean,and European patent prosecution procedures and Office Action responses
Nice to have
- Experience at a global company or US-headquartered multinational
- Experience with PCT procedures,overseas patent prosecution in the US,Japan,Europe,or China,and annuity management
- Background combining technical understanding with legal analytical skills
