About the Role Crypto.com is looking for a Compliance Manager to support our U.S. exchange operations. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to operate without constant direction. You'll work closely with our compliance team across a broad scope of responsibilities — from BSA/AML program support and audit coordination to consumer compliance, policy maintenance, and regulatory remediation — and you'll be expected to bring structure, judgment, and initiative to everything you do. Responsibilities: • Own and maintain the U.S. Consumer Compliance framework, serving as the subject matter expert on Reg E (EFTs, error resolution, unauthorized transfers, chargebacks, notice disclosures) and UDAAP risk mitigation across all products. • Conduct ongoing compliance reviews of consumer-facing flows, terms of service, disclosures, promotional materials, and product features to identify and prevent potential UDAAP issues. • Oversee and enhance Reg E error resolution timelines, root-cause analysis for consumer complaints, and chargeback compliance mechanisms. • Lead preparations for consumer compliance examinations and…
