Job Description: Get to Know the Team The People Science team is part of Grab's Office of Organisational Capabilities. They use people data, research, and AI to help Grabbers, managers, People teams, and business leaders understand workforce trends. Additionally, they use these tools to help leaders make informed decisions. The team combines qualitative and quantitative research with AI-enabled tools to turn findings into practical insights and actions. Get to Know the Role As a People Research Scientist Intern, you will apply research methods, quantitative analysis, and AI-enabled tools to questions about people and organisations. You will contribute to research and workflow automation, evaluate People programmes, and help translate evidence into useful insights for People and business leaders. This is a full-time, onsite internship at Grab's One North office in Singapore.
