Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Super team. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is an opportunity to help shape and deliver Mercer Super’s advice proposition across both intrafund and retail advice. Working closely with senior leaders and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll be supporting strategy, service experience, governance, change delivery and adviser engagement to help improve member outcomes, strengthen retention and growth, and support Mercer Super’s position in the market.
