What you'd do
- Design and implement LLM-based core features for the Enterprise AI Workspace platform
- Build and improve RAG pipelines handling tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of enterprise documents
- Manage multi-model routing and optimize cost,quality,and latency tradeoffs
What they want
- Production experience in at least one of backend,infrastructure,or data with willingness to expand to others
- Ability to lead the full design,implementation,deployment,and operations cycle end-to-end
- Active use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex in daily workflow
Nice to have
- Multi-model routing implementation and operations experience
- Multi-agent and agent orchestration system design and operations experience
- RAG pipeline design and tuning experience with production-grade LLM observability systems
