Job Description: We are looking for an experienced e-Axle System Validation Engineer responsible for the definition, execution, and management of validation activities for electric drive systems. The role covers system-level validation from requirement analysis, test strategy definition, test execution, data evaluation, failure analysis, and validation report release. The successful candidate will work closely with system engineering, design engineering, simulation, manufacturing engineering, quality, and customers to ensure that e-Axle products meet functional, performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Analyze system requirements and translate them into validation strategies.Define and maintain DVP&R for e-Axle systems.Ensure validation coverage for system functions, performance, durability, environmental conditions, and customer use cases.Support requirement traceability and validation maturity tracking. 2.
