What you'd do
- Provide on-site customer support for e-beam inspection system installations,diagnoses,and repairs
- Collaborate with customers to develop leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Design and execute DOEs; analyze results statistically and compile technical reports
What they want
- Experience with e-beam inspection or metrology tools in a semiconductor fab
- Ability to support installations,system diagnostics,and equipment repair on-site
- Experience designing experiments and applying statistical analysis to process data
Nice to have
- Familiarity with advanced node metrology and defect inspection requirements
- Background in semiconductor fab processes: CVD,ALD,Etch,or PVD
