What you'd do
- Build AI-powered product features integrated directly into real insurance workflows
- Design and optimize LLM-based interactions across customer-facing and internal systems
- Develop prompts,reasoning flows,and structured AI outputs for production insurance use cases
What they want
- Software engineering background in production environments
- Experience working with LLMs including OpenAI,Anthropic,or open-source models
- Familiarity with prompt engineering,structured outputs,and tool use patterns
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate
