What you'd do
- Develop and execute global patent monetization and licensing strategies
- Identify and analyze potential targets for patent licensing and litigation
- Search for and analyze potentially infringing products in semiconductor and AI industries
What they want
- Professional experience in computer architecture,hardware,ASIC,SoC,or digital systems
- Proven track record in patent enforcement,licensing,infringement analysis,or monetization
- Exceptional ability to analyze technical documents and build infringement theories
Nice to have
- Direct experience working at an NPE or extensive NPE partnership experience
- Hands-on U.S. patent enforcement,litigation support,licensing,claim chart creation
- Experience with reverse engineering processes and litigation data extraction
