What you'd do

Develop and execute global patent monetization and licensing strategies
Identify and analyze potential targets for patent licensing and litigation
Search for and analyze potentially infringing products in semiconductor and AI industries

Professional experience in computer architecture,hardware,ASIC,SoC,or digital systems
Proven track record in patent enforcement,licensing,infringement analysis,or monetization
Exceptional ability to analyze technical documents and build infringement theories

Nice to have

Direct experience working at an NPE or extensive NPE partnership experience
Hands-on U.S. patent enforcement,litigation support,licensing,claim chart creation
Experience with reverse engineering processes and litigation data extraction
