The Regional Operations Director (ROD) position leads and manages the Associate Directors – Territory Operations Management (AD-TOM) assigned to their regions. You will oversee the expansion of the AZ cell therapy territories within your region ensuring agreement on company-wide goals, across multiple TAs for clinical and commercial cell therapy products.
