What you'd do
- Perform PDN DC/AC frequency-domain and time-domain transient analysis for stable power delivery.
- Analyze NPU inrush current and di/dt noise from massive digital block switching events.
- Design on-die,package,and board-level decoupling strategies to prevent DVD and ground bounce.
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering,Electronic Engineering,or related technical field.
- 5+ years hands-on SI/PI analysis experience for high-speed digital and high-power IC designs.
- Deep knowledge of transmission line theory,S-parameters,PDN concepts,power supply noise.
Nice to have
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electromagnetics,Power Electronics,or High-Speed Circuit Design.
- Direct experience resolving transient power challenges in NPU,GPU,or high-end SoC architectures.
- LPDDR5x or PCIe Gen5/6 interface design and verification experience.
