What you'd do
- Partner with technical leaders on org design,workforce planning,and team scaling
- Own talent and performance management end-to-end,including promotions and succession
- Coach managers and senior leaders to build a high-performance culture
What they want
- Bring 8 or more years of HRBP or talent management experience at the senior level
- Support technical organizations including Engineering,Product,and Research teams
- Build HR infrastructure such as playbooks,frameworks,and calibration processes
Nice to have
- Previous HRBP experience at a frontier AI or ML company at Series B through D stage
- Built career architecture or leveling frameworks for technical or research roles
- Scaled a People function through hypergrowth across multiple regions
