What you'd do
- Manage multiple large technical programs spanning infrastructure,models,products,and company-wide initiatives
- Define project scope,dependencies,risks,and milestones in collaboration with engineering and product teams
- Present roadmaps and trade-off solutions to accelerate cross-team decision-making
What they want
- Hold foundational CS knowledge sufficient to understand system design and engineering discussions
- Have experience as an engineer or PM leading prioritization of complex technical challenges
- Demonstrate ability to structure dependencies and risks across models,products,and infrastructure
Nice to have
- Hold a degree in Computer Engineering,Computer Science,or a related field
- Have experience in technology-based product development or operations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both Korean and English at business level
