What you'd do
- Draft,review,and negotiate content license agreements across exclusive,non-exclusive,co-production,and distribution structures.
- Structure development and production agreements covering talent,crew,and production service arrangements.
- Negotiate underlying IP agreements and above-the-line agreements with writers,directors,producers,and key talent.
What they want
- Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of experience in media,entertainment,or intellectual property law preferred.
- Full professional fluency in Korean and English with excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both.
