What you'd do
- Analyze financial and user data to surface performance trends and product strategy opportunities
- Build data marts and pipelines to streamline reporting and support decision-making
- Define key business metrics and deliver insights through dashboards and reports
What they want
- Hold a bachelor degree or higher in CS,statistics,data science,or finance
- Bring 8 or more years of experience in data analysis or similar roles
- Work proficiently with SQL,Python,or R for data analysis tasks
Nice to have
- Understand financial products and the lending industry at a working level
- Have worked at an IT or digital finance company previously
- Possess data modeling,ETL,and pipeline build experience beyond reporting
