What you'd do
- Provide on-site customer support for SEMVision defect analysis system installations and repairs
- Collaborate with customers to develop leading-edge defect inspection and classification processes
- Design and execute DOEs; analyze defect data statistically and compile technical reports
What they want
- Hands-on experience with SEM-based defect review or defect analysis tools in a semiconductor fab
- Ability to support system installations,diagnostics,and equipment repair on-site
- Experience designing experiments and applying statistical analysis to defect data
Nice to have
- Background in advanced node yield engineering or failure analysis
- Familiarity with defect classification algorithms or machine-learning-based defect sorting
