What you'd do
- Run the full FTE lifecycle across Korea, Japan, and Taiwan: onboarding, contracts, offboarding, HRIS.
- Track multi-market compliance, flag regulatory changes, and keep the regional handbook current.
- Be the go-to People Ops contact for employees across the three APAC markets.
What they want
- 4 to 6 years in people operations, HR, or a related field.
- Strong project ownership: breaks down ambiguous problems and sees them through.
- High EQ and discretion handling sensitive information across cultures.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting multiple legal entities or countries.
- Built or significantly improved an HR process or SOP from scratch.
- Prior startup or high-growth company experience.
