Work Flexibility: Onsite The Team Lead directs and guides day-to-day function of team to ensure quality workmanship, OR efficiency, SPD productivity, and to drive customer satisfaction. Effectively partners with key stakeholders of account, cross-divisional sales teams, and cross-functional teams to drive account productivity and satisfaction. Individual work utilizes a wide array of knowledge, technical skills and critical thinking abilities to facilitate job functions during surgical procedures as well as preoperative and postoperative equipment management. Essential Functions: • Allocates work to the OnSite team to ensure daily customer expectations are met, as well as ensuring that every team member, including self, is adhering to quality and productivity requirements of the task/services/information. • Responsible for building out an onboarding guide for new hires and tailoring the onboarding process to each new hires learning style.
