Title: MCPP- HAZMAT Waste Specialist – (Philippines) Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary Performs a variety of activities relating to the identification, collection, transportation, processing, packaging, and preparing of hazardous materials for storage, usage, and disposal, in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements, for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program – Philippines (MCPP-PHIL). The Hazardous Material Specialist will report directly to the MCPP-PHIL Logistics Support Manager. Job Summary Plan, coordinate, execute and/or supervise hazardous material management functions for MCPP-PHIL Task Order by implementing the following: • Ensure compliance of OSHA regulations and all other US, KBR, and Republic of the Philippines hazardous material - related requirements. • Manage and apply regulatory and legislative environment requirements and industry practices regarding a full range of hazardous material handling procedures. • Provide manager – level reports regarding hazardous material storage, distribution, disposal, and regulatory considerations. • Provide hazardous material identification and handling training and support for safe handling, processing,…
