Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW: • The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure to support manufacturing and business operations. • This role performs both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain equipment performance, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with GMP, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. The position may require shift work and emergency support outside normal working hours when necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Corrective Maintenance • Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities to resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently and minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues and implement sustainable corrective actions. • Support emergency maintenance activities during production and utility system interruptions.Preventive Maintenance • Execute preventive maintenance (PM) work orders according to the approved maintenance schedule. • Review and continuously improve PM plans and maintenance procedures to ensure they remain effective and aligned with…
