This individual will drive operational excellence, enable continuous improvement, and uphold the highest standards of system performance and integrity across global business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Operational Excellence & Reliability • Oversee day-to-day ERP operations, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance across SAP and integrated platforms. • Lead proactive monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution processes to minimize system downtime. • Establish and maintain robust operational KPIs and SLAs for ERP services.
