Join Maersk’s Performance Team as a Vessel Performance Manager and play a key role in improving the energy efficiency and operational performance of Maersk-owned and time-chartered vessels. Job Summary As Vessel Performance Manager, you will monitor vessel performance, drive energy optimization initiatives, and provide technical and analytical support to vessels and Fleet Operations. You will work closely with vessel management teams, Technical Superintendents, Fleet Technology colleagues, and other stakeholders to improve fuel efficiency, strengthen performance reporting, and maximize the utilization of digital performance tools. The role requires a combination of marine engineering knowledge, vessel operational experience, analytical capability, and strong stakeholder-management skills.
