What you'd do
- Monitor CS metrics and analyze root causes to reduce customer inquiry volume.
- Build and maintain Airflow DAG pipelines and data mart tables for PPEA analytics.
- Analyze customer returns and CRMS data end-to-end to improve operational efficiency.
What they want
- Write complex SQL in Presto and Hive for large-scale data analysis tasks.
- Build and orchestrate ETL data pipelines using Airflow or similar workflow tools.
