What you'd do

Define Custody OES product direction,roadmaps,and shipped features from partner requirements
Own fee schedules and incentive programs balancing market dynamics and institutional needs
Build AI agents for competitor intel,fee simulation,and program operations

What they want

Crypto exchange PM on Custody OES,custody firm,or tradfi collateral tri-party CCP background
Solid grasp of institutional crypto liquidity dynamics and market mechanics
Led strategic business reviews,onsite discovery,and B2B institutional sales partnerships

Nice to have

Prior hands-on experience managing fee schedules or designing MM MT VIP rebate programs
Zero-to-one product building experience is a strong plus
More experienced candidates may be considered as Product Director P7-1
