Typical Accountabilities - Provide a range of facilities/laboratory units maintenance, security, safety, customer support, transportation, and support services to enable efficient, and safe operations across the site. - Act as a point of contact for service inquiries, technical issues, and incidents, using knowledge and experience to resolve problems directly or advance. - Respond and documents facilities, safety, security, and business-critical alarms, incidents, and emergencies, assuming operational control if necessary and liaising with internal and external collaborators (including emergency services). - Conduct routine and ad-hoc inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair to offices, laboratories, technical areas, vehicles, and site infrastructure, ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards. - Support business teams through logistical activities such as office moves, meeting support, transport arrangements, and delivery of safe and efficient personnel or materials transportation as required. - Coordinate, track, and analyze vendor, contractor, and service provider performance and efficiency, reporting relevant data and insights for business case…
