Career Category Finance Job Description The Tax Manager – U.S. Direct – Tax Reporting manages a team of six Tax Associates supporting U.S. tax compliance and reporting within the India Global Capability Center (GCC). The Manager oversees day-to-day work allocation, deliverable quality, timelines, and team development across assigned U.S. federal, international, and state and local tax workstreams. The Manager reports to the India-based Senior Manager and partners with them on team management, operating priorities, and performance. Working with the Senior Manager and U.S.-based tax stakeholders, the Manager helps ensure accurate and timely execution of tax deliverables, provides technical guidance to the team, raises issues promptly, and identifies opportunities to improve processes and controls.
