Cisco Silicon One is seeking an experienced ASIC Engineer with deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, and supplier quality to drive manufacturing excellence across our advanced semiconductor supply chain. In this role, you will serve as a key technical interface between Cisco engineering teams and external manufacturing partners, with a focus on advanced IC substrates, wafer bumping, semiconductor assembly, and OSAT manufacturing processes. You will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure robust manufacturing processes, improve yield and quality performance, resolve complex technical and reliability issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions throughout the product lifecycle. This is a highly technical and hands-on individual contributor role requiring deep semiconductor manufacturing expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders without direct line authority.
