What you'd do
- Lead day-to-day execution of ethics and compliance standards in Korea including anti-bribery and conflicts of interest
- Manage end-to-end review and processing of third-party due diligence and adverse information escalation
- Conduct internal reviews and investigations into misconduct and policy violations
What they want
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance program management in high-tech or manufacturing industries
- Fluency in Korean and strong proficiency in English both written and verbal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Nice to have
- Law degree and qualification to practice law
- Proficiency in Japanese for candidates meeting core requirements
- Experience interpreting global compliance policies in the Korea business and regulatory context
