ROLE SUMMARY Temporal is looking for a Head of Corporate Development to own two connected mandates: sourcing and executing M&A that accelerates our product roadmap and market position, and building — from the ground up — a strategic seed investment program focused on companies building on top of the Temporal platform. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role for someone who wants to combine classic corp dev rigor with the judgment of a platform investor. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure every deal and every investment strengthens the Temporal ecosystem. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and manage the full M&A pipeline: identify targets, develop the strategic rationale, lead diligence, structure and negotiate terms, and drive deals through close and integration handoff. - Design and launch Temporal's ecosystem investment program — thesis, mandate, check sizes, sourcing pipeline, and governance — to invest in companies building on top of the platform. - Own investment execution end-to-end: sourcing, diligence, term negotiation, board/observer rights, and portfolio monitoring and reporting. - Partner closely with Product to align acquisition and…
