About the Role Process authorized claims transactions within the required benchmarks for Hong Kong market based on guidelines set for the issuance of AIA insurance policies. Job Responsibilities: • Process all Life Claims / Corporate Solutions (CS) / Pre-Authorisation (PA) claims requests received as per stipulated requirements. • Evaluate and capture all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system. • Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark. • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in…
