GENDER EQUALITY AND SOCIAL INCLUSION ASSOCIATE POSITION SUMMARY The Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Associate will bring a strong energy sector technical background to support the implementation of “Decarbonizing Indonesia through Biogas,” supporting the project team in embedding GESI across both the Technical Cooperation (TC) and Financial Cooperation (FC) components of the project. Reporting to the Project Manager, and working closely with GGGI's Indonesia GESI Sr Officer as well as regional and/or global GESI experts, s/he will connect technical understanding of biogas/biomethane production, feedstock supply chains, and renewable energy project development with the project's social inclusion objectives, ensuring GESI considerations are grounded in the realities of how the technology, feedstock supply, and guarantee facility actually operate, rather than treated as a parallel workstream.
