Job Description Job Purpose In this role, you will support the site Engineering and Maintenance organization as part of the Reliability Center of Excellence team. You will gain exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and the associated engineering, cGMP, regulatory, and production requirements that govern equipment performance and compliance. The role provides opportunities to work across multiple engineering disciplines, including process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. You will contribute to the site Reliability Program under the Hoshin framework, supporting initiatives focused on improving equipment availability, reducing recurring failures, and optimizing overall asset performance. Reliability & Asset Health • Execute reliability programs to improve equipment availability, reduce repeat failures, and optimize lifecycle cost. • Drive systematic defect elimination by providing data analysis on failure modes of recurring equipment issues. • Track reliability KPIs (e.g., unplanned downtime, repeat failure rate, MTBF/MTTR) and communicate performance trends and improvement actions.
