What you'd do
- Design and train in-house AI models solving core Channel Talk product problems
- Improve TTS and STT performance,voice quality,and service-ready speech metrics
- Build end-to-end pipelines from data collection through preprocessing,training,and evaluation

- Demonstrate hands-on experience training TTS or STT models deployed to production
- Train speech models end-to-end using PyTorch across full experimentation cycles
- Hold deep understanding of Transformer-based speech model architectures and tradeoffs
Nice to have
- Train multilingual speech models covering Korean,Japanese,or similar languages
- Build real-time streaming speech recognition or synthesis systems for production
- Apply distributed training frameworks such as DeepSpeed or FSDP at scale
