Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. Our mission on the Developer Platform Team is to help game studios succeed by creating meaningful experiences for players. As a B2B2C team, we serve two key audiences. For game studios, we build smart integrations and intuitive tools that make it easy for developers and community managers to connect with players and bring the best of Discord into their games. For players, we enhance on-platform experiences that deepen their connection to the games they love—and make it easier to build lasting friendships through play. You’ll work on everything from the tools studios use to integrate with Discord to the player-facing experiences those integrations enable.
