We are looking for a Diagnostics Coordinator to connect scientific expertise, project management and operational excellence across our diagnostic ecosystem. In this role, you will coordinate diagnostic initiatives, collaborate with laboratories and service providers, monitor performance and support the transition to new assays, methodologies and testing pathways. The position provides scientific and operational guidance but is not responsible for the clinical interpretation of individual test results. What You’ll Do • Coordinate diagnostic projects from planning through implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement. • Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, resources, costs and service-level indicators. • Support transitions to new diagnostic panels, assays, methodologies and testing pathways. • Monitor testing volume, turnaround time, positivity rates, incidents, service quality and operational bottlenecks. • Coordinate the resolution of pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical incidents. • Partner with Medical, Marketing, Access, Procurement, Operations, field teams…
