Job Description: Position Summary 3M India Personal Safety Division is seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Fall Protection Application Engineer to provide application engineering, technical support, and solution development for fall protection products and systems across India. The role will be responsible for supporting customers, distributors, sales teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders in the selection, application, inspection, and use of fall protection solutions. The engineer will translate customer requirements and workplace hazards into technically appropriate fall protection solutions while ensuring alignment with applicable 3M product requirements, engineering principles, and relevant Indian and international standards.
