The Position The Early in Career (EiC) Partner provides EiC subject matter expertise at a regional and country level to support the execution of the global EiC strategy in service of our Roche ambitions. In partnership with the wider EiC community, the business and our P&C partners (e.g. Talent Acquisition Partner), the EiC Partner drives strategic data-driven approaches to build, operationalise and develop sustainable, diverse early talent pipelines.
