Career Category Operations Job Description Job Description Role: Sr. Associate – Admin, Content Authoring Platform Position Overview The Sr. Associate, Admin – Content Authoring Platform supports the daily administration and operational reliability of enterprise content authoring and automation platforms used across Amgen’s global content supply chain. This role enables self‑service content creation by marketers through well‑configured platforms, reusable templates, and stable, governed workflows. The role focuses on platform administration, template management, workflow operations, and issue resolution to ensure content authoring tools run smoothly and in alignment with operational and governance standards. The Sr. Associate partners closely with onshore business owners, content capabilities teams, creative operations, and IT to maintain configurations, support testing and documentation, and escalate items requiring technical development.
