What you'd do
- Design and optimize backend pipelines for AI agents including RAG and tool-calling.
- Lead voice AI integration and evaluation across third-party APIs and self-hosted models.
- Prototype and ship new agent methodologies from research papers to production.
What they want
- 5+ years in machine learning,data science,or applied AI engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain,LlamaIndex,or similar agent frameworks.
- Working knowledge of voice AI including Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech.
Nice to have
- Natural language processing product experience.
- Cloud platform familiarity with AWS,GCP,or Azure.
- Bilingual in Korean and English.
Compensation
3.9 million won annual professional development budget; up to 3.6 million won annual language learning budget.
