BDMS works with some of the largest and most prestigious financial services firms in the world. What’s the role? Based in Singapore, the DMS team is seeking a driven, technically capable and client-focused individual to support the operation and technical servicing of DMS solutions. You will help ensure the stability and reliability of DMS production services through proactive monitoring, investigation and resolution of operational issues, while working closely with teams across DMS to manage production incidents, changes and client-impacting issues. The role also requires strong technical capability to support EDM and Data License Plus (DL+) environments, including configuration, data analysis, integrations and complex troubleshooting. You will provide technical expertise to clients and internal teams and help resolve issues across data, workflows and system integrations.
