Role purpose As a Human Capital Generalist, you will play a key role in delivering day-to-day Human Capital operations for Hong Kong, while supporting the wider regional HC team as required. The role covers a broad range of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS and employee data management, statutory and compliance matters, and general employee support. Working closely with the Talent Management team and other HC colleagues, you will help ensure that people processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a high-quality employee experience. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to improve existing processes and leverage digital tools, AI, and automation to reduce manual work and enhance operational efficiency.
